Duplicate Respondent Detection Technology - DRD™ - Duplicate Respondent Detection™ is a marketing research service that utilizes a proprietary technology to detect "duplicate respondents" and ensure that they cannot participate in Greenfield Online/Ciao Survey's studies no matter where they come from, or what their intention.

Wireless Surveys - Did you know that you can conduct surveys via a mobile device? You can now. At Greenfield Online/Ciao Surveys, with text2express we've developed the ability to conduct mobile surveys against a pre-recruited population of survey respondents. This new survey tool can be leveraged for "non-tethered" market research that requires more immediate feedback, like "mystery shopping," or point-of-purchase studies.
