Step 1. Our global sales teams are extremely responsive and will function as your initial point of contact for each project. These teams have both an account and geographic focus. A representative will work with you to meet your requirements and provide you with project feasibility and pricing within 24 hours or less. As we assess your requirements, we ask questions that go beyond typical Internet survey solutions providers:
Step 2. You will receive a link to access your pricing information in the form of a Bid and Work Order. This link will direct you to GoClient™, our web-based client portal. If you wish to approve this pricing and project specifications, you can do so by simply clicking "Approved" and this will initiate your project.
Step 3. The project you've approved will begin with a kickoff call, scheduled by your Project Director. If you've worked with us in the past, this process is streamlined as we have already gathered your preferences and understand many of your data delivery requirements. If you've not worked with us before, this kickoff call is structured to gain the information we need to ensure we meet 100% of your needs. You will then receive a summary document for your final confirmation.
Step 4. We then begin to set up the project and provide milestones such as client sign-off and testing.
Step 5. Launch! Many times we recommend a "soft launch," beginning the project with a test group, then expanding the launch contingent upon its success. We continue to provide project updates on an ongoing basis as well as access to our reporting tool, GoReport™.
Step 6. Project close and data delivery.
Step 7. You'll receive a Client Satisfaction Survey. We use this to maintain a constant feedback loop with you to structure our systems and improve our operations to meet your needs.
