We’ve just launched GoReport™ 2.0 and offer users a number of new features


We’ve recently added a number of key features to GoReport™, and will be providing users with improved capabilities including:

  • The ability to consolidate open-ended data
  • Basic statistics
  • Rapid banner and tabs report creation
  • The ability to view multi-country data in an aggregated form, or view geographies individually
  • Additional display options for answers


Slice and Dice Your Data Online, in Real-time, with GoReportTM,

Greenfield Online/Ciao Survey's online survey reporting tool, GoReport™, is an easy-to-use web-based analytic tool enabling you to analyze your data easily. With the touch of a button you'll be able to create data presentations on the fly. You can begin working in GoReport™ as soon as your study launches and data continues to update the survey fields.

GoReport™ far surpasses typical online reporting and analytic tools available in the market as it enables the user to quickly export data into PowerPoint® slides with the click of a button, while data continues to upload in real-time – providing the user with the ability to create toplines, and conduct analysis while their survey is still in field.

Simply click on the link provided by your Project Director, or access GoClient™, our client portal to view your data. GoReport™ is available to all clients that use us for survey programming. We’re the only ISS provider to offer clients this type of tool, and clients have used it have been thrilled with the tool and their ability to streamline analytics.

How does GoReport™ work?
Step 1 > You'll begin by logging on to view your project data through GoClient™
Step 2 > Data is presented in aggregate, but can be filtered by question or answer selection, including advanced filters and combined variables. It's up to you!
Step 3 > You can also view your open ended data by closed ended filters
Step 4 > Customize your PowerPoint® presentation, pull and download slides onto your desktop, or forward it to another colleague or your client!
Step 5 > Choose to send a link to GoClient™ and enable others to view project data in real-time!



Flawless Integration

GoReport™ is integrated with our GoClient™ Client Portal. As you manage your Bids and Work Orders, you'll have quick access to GoReport™ your online data analysis tool. You'll have access to your data in its entirety and the ability to customize data slides by applying filters. Data is stored for 30 days after the project closes, and can be available for longer periods if needed. Just tell your sales manager how long you need online access to your data when you kickoff your project.

Additional Training

While we've found that the tool is extremely intuitive and easy to use, we want to provide you with the training you need to be most effective. If you'd like one-on-one or team training for GoReport™ your sales manager will set this up for you at a date/time that is most convenient.

GoReportTM presents data in presentation-ready format with the click of a button.

By dragging slides to the "Key Findings" area of the workspace, analysis can begin as soon as the project kicks off. Multiple users can access the workspace and view the slides.
