Samir Talwar, General Manager, Greenfield Online/Ciao Surveys India. I joined Greenfield Online/Ciao Surveys in 2006 as a data quality specialist working in the Gugaon India office. Shortly after joining the team, I was provided with the opportunity to obtain my Six Sigma Green Belt involving the creation of a series of process improvements on our service delivery side, called FTR, or First Time Right. The project was aimed at ensuring that data delivery is verified prior to sending it to clients, with 99% accuracy. The project revolutionized our delivery process, and immediately had a positive impact with customers. I've continued to oversee our quality program and have recently been promoted to become the General Manager of our India office.
